Farang first began trading in 2016 at street food markets throughout London before taking up residency as a pop-up, and then to continue on as a permanent location in its Highbury location. Farang is helmed by Sebby Holmes and aims to showcase the very best fresh Thai and British produce presented in a way that is innovative and exciting. The restaurant is listed in the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and also received Michelin’s Bib Gourmand recognition. Diners can select from the restaurant’s a la carte menu or experience a tasting menu featuring the best seasonal creations.
