The Adega – meaning ‘wine cellar’ in Portuguese – is the project of brothers Carlos and Luis Silva. Bringing their skills together in a Portuguese family-run tapas restaurant, The Adega serves Iberian tapas, a homogenous mix between the Spanish and Portuguese cuisine from Southern Europe.
